You are welcome to browse our online store 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Just click on mages or links to take you to the section where you would like to shop. You can search the shop using the product search tool by description, item number, keyword or by using filters.
If you are a new customer, registration is easy. Feel free to view our online shop and when you are ready to purchase an item, add the item or items to your cart and proceed through the checkout. You will then be asked to register with us and we will guide you through the quick and easy registration.
To purchase items simply click on your chosen item and click the “Add to Cart” button. You can add as many items to your cart as you like. You are not charged for the items until you confirm your order later in the checkout process. Unfortunately your cart will not be saved if you leave your PC idle for more than 30 minutes.
When you have finished your shopping you can go to the checkout by clicking the “Go to Checkout” button from your shopping cart. You will then be directed through the easy checkout procedure.
When you entered all the required details select “Confirm Order” to place your order. You will then be sent an email confirmation to the email address that you have provided.
You can place as many items into your cart as you like. You will not be charged for them until you confirm your order.
Unfortunately you cart will only be saved whilst you are shopping. Your items will be saved until your PC is left idle for 30 minutes. We apologise for this but it seems to be an industry standard.
We accept most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Diners. We also accept Paypal and AfterPay.
We can only accept Credit Cards with an expiry date more than 5 working days away.
At Tusk Linen Co we take Internet Security extremely seriously and you can be assured that we have placed the most stringent security measures on this site. We have invested in the latest technology which encrypts the information as it is sent to us.
At the moment we are using Australia Post to deliver product to your door. A signature will be required on delivery.
You should receive your goods in 3-5 working days. Please add extra days for Weekends, Public Holidays and heavy Sale Periods.
Currently we offer Free Delivery anywhere in Australia on all orders over AUD$50. Orders under AUD$50 will incur a AUD$15 shipping charge anywhere in Australia.
Usually we will ship in one parcel. However,we may need to split some larger orders. When part of your order is out of stock we will ship that item to you as soon as it is available free of charge.
International Orders may encounter extra delivery times. They will be shipped at the standard rate for the delivery region.
When your order is dispatched you will be sent an email to track your order. This email will give you a link to go to the carriers website to track you order. Please make sure that the registered account email address is correct so there are no issues with this service.
With our Satisfaction Guarantee, you can return any Tusk Linen Co item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt using the returns label included in your delivery (excludes Personalised or Customized items).
The items must be in original condition with all labels and tags attached.
Postage must be paid by the customer and will not be refunded by Tusk Linen Co
Tusk Linen Co will not charge the customer any restocking fees.
For exchanges in color or size the item will simply be exchanged. All other items will need to be re processed. A new order made and any amount requiring refunds will be refunded to the payment method being used, either Credit Card or Paypal. Information to do this is on the returns label included in your delivery.
