Tusk Linen Co Returns Policy

With our Satisfaction Guarantee, you can return any Tusk Linen Co item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt using the returns label included in your delivery (excludes Personalised or Customized items).

  1. The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with all labels and tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  2. Postage must be paid by the customer and will not be refunded by Tusk Linen Co
  3. Tusk Linen Co will not charge the customer any restocking fees.
  4. For exchanges in color or size the item will simply be exchanged. All other items will need to be re processed. A new order made and any amount requiring refunds will be refunded to the payment method being used, either Credit Card or Afterpay. Information to do this is on the returns label included in your delivery.
  5. For purchases delivered outside of Australia a delivery fee for the replaced item will be charged. This will be based on the standard fee for the country sent to from Australia.
  6. All returns should be sent to:  Tusk Linen Co. PO Box 3079, Burleigh Town, Queensland, Australia, 4220   

When the items are received at our warehouse they will be exchanged and sent to the original address or credited to the original method of payment used being either Credit Card or Afterpay.

In order to alleviate incorrect sizing Tusk Linen Co recommends that you use our Custom Fitting Service or the Tusk Linen Co Sizing Guides.

How to Return

To return product you will need to do the following

  1. Check that the item purchased is not Personalised or a Custom Fitted Item as these cannot be returned unless under Australian Law to do so.
  2. Check the items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed with all labels and tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  3. Send to us the item to be returned along with the  Dispatch Label and the filled out Returns Docket which was included in the shipment to you. You keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
  4. Post to us via the Return Address provided by us on the Dispatch Label.

Exchanges

If you are returning the item for exchange (same item different size or colour) you will not be charged a Delivery Fee for your reorder from us.

  1. Send to us the item to be returned along with the  Delivery Docket and the filled out Returns Information Sheet which was included in the shipment to you. You keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
  2. On the Returns Information Sheet write in the appropriate column the size or colour you require.
  3. Post to us via the Return Address Sticker provided by us.

Re Orders

For any Re Orders return the goods to us as explained above in How to Return and we will simply credit the account you paid with. Mark on the Returns Docket that you are reordering and simply purchase your required items off the website.  Too Easy

Back Orders

If a product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, you may want to back order it and we will get it to you asap. We will advise you of the expected Dispatch date as soon as we can.

You will not be charged for any additional delivery Costs

Refunds

Refunds are credited to the account they were originally paid from.
