How Do I Get started
You are welcome to browse and shop our online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On our home page you can click on any of the pictures to take you into your selected category. If you need to get back to the homepage simply click on the Tusk Linen Co site heading at the top of the page or the home tab.
You can navigate your way around our site by clicking on the various links which will highlight as you hover over them. To view a product simply click on the picture of the item. This will take you to items shelf where you will find enlarged views, descriptions, colours, sizes and anything else you want to know about the product. Then simply add the item to your Cart.
You can also add the item to your Favourites List if you dont wish to purchase it today. You can search our shop by description, item number, keyword or by using filters. Filters allow you to filter out what you dont need so you are viewing only the items that you are looking for.
How can I register with Tusk Linen Co
If you are a new customer, registration is easy. Please feel free to view our online shop and when you are ready to purchase an item, add the item or items to your cart and proceed through the checkout. You will then be asked to register with us and we will guide you through the quick and easy registration.
Or, you can simply go to the My Account tab at the top right and register. By registering with us you will receive some fantastic periodical benefits and discounts at your leisure.
Placing Your Order
To purchase items simply click on your chosen item and click the "Add to Cart" button. You can add as many items to your cart as you like. You are not charged for the items until you confirm your order later in the checkout process.
Unfortunately your cart will not be saved if you leave your PC idle for more than 30 minutes. This is a software issue which unfortunately we cannot change at this time.
When you have finished your shopping you can go to the checkout by clicking the "Go to Checkout" button from your shopping cart. You will then be directed through the easy checkout procedure.
Once an account has been very quickly setup, you will be able to use your email address and password as a quick and simple sign in on you next visit to us at Tusk Linen Co.
If you are already registered with us simply enter your email address and password to continue. If you have lost your password please go to the password section to retrieve it.
If you have received any promotional codes you can add them in the space provided. When you have entered all of the details required select "Confirm Order"to place your order. You will then be sent an email confirmation to the email address that you have provided.
How Can I Pay for My Order
We accept the following methods of payment, Visa, Master Card, Paypal and Afterpay. The card must be registered to the account address.
We are unable to accept cards that are due to expire within 5 working days. The cards are checked and verified through the Commonwealth Bank Gateway and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.
At Tusk Linen Co we are aware of the issue of giving credit details over the internet. We take internet security extremely seriously and you can be assured that we have placed the most stringent security measures on the this site. We have invested in the latest technology which encrypts the information as it is sent to us.
Your order will be shipped by Australia Post and delivered to your door within 3- 5 working days within Australia. Please allow extra days for weekends, local holidays and sale periods.
International Orders may encounter extra delivery times. Collection may be required where duties are payable on pick up.
Currently we offer Free Delivery on all orders over AUD$50. Tusk Linen Co reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time.
Orders under AUD$50 will incur a flat rate AUD$15 shipping charge anywhere in Australia. We will ship your order together. When part of your order is out of stock we will ship that item to you as soon as it is available free of charge.
Once you order has been dispatched you will be sent an email to track your order. This email will allow you to go the carriers website to track your order. Please make sure that your registered account email address is correct so there are no issues with with this service.

Feel free to view our online shop. When you would like to access your account click on the My Account button located at the top of the home page. Just enter your email address and password that you registered with to gain access to your account.
If you have forgotten your password don't worry we all do that. Just click here and we can send you your password.
If you would like to edit your details, simply sign in and go to "My Account", and select "edit your details". You can do this at any time.
