Tusk Linen Co Wholesale Customer Policy

 

1.0 Orders

There is No Minimum Order Quantity and No Minimum Order Amount.

All products and pricing are subject to change & seasonal availability.

Coupons cannot be used by Wholesale Customers unless it states wholesale coupon.

 

2.0 Selling Our Product

Tusk Linen Co products can be sold but not advertised for less than the Prices listed on our Website/Price List unless with prior written approval.

Tusk Linen Co products cannot be re-sold to any other merchant whether wholesale,  retail, commercial, market or online outlets.

All items purchased from Tusk Linen Co must display the Tusk Linen Co branding and labelling.

Under no circumstances may you sell Tusk Linen Co products under any other name, or reproduce products in any way.

 

3.0 Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay and Bank Transfers as Payment.

Payments may be made on our website at the Checkout for Credit Cards and Afterpay. A confirmation that the order is received will be sent. An invoice will be sent on the Dispatch of the product.

For Merchant Accounts an invoice will be sent with the agreed Terms.

For Bank Transfers a 10% discount will be offered and the Invoice sent to you. Funds must be cleared before the Items are Dispatched. Please reference the Company name & Invoice Number. Our Bank Details are:

4.0 Cancellations

We pride ourselves on short turnarounds, the window for cancellations is very short and does vary. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund. Once the order is processed it can not be cancelled.

5.0 Freight and Delivery

A Flat Fee of $15 is charged for Shipping. If Express Delivery is required an extra fee at the cost of the delivery will be charged to your account.

Risk of Loss is upon the Buyer once Tusk Linen Co has delivered the product to the Carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and Tusk Linen Co shall not be liable for delays. Tusk Linen Co shall not be responsible for damages from freight or delays.

If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for costs to re ship the order.

 

6.0 Exchange

If the Buyer in good faith determines that all or a portion of the Product are nonconforming, the Buyer may return the Product to the Seller at the Buyers expense.

The Buyer must provide written notice to the Seller of the reason for rejecting the Product.

The Seller will have 10 business days from the return of the Product to remedy such defects.

 

7.0 Returns

To return any product, the Buyer must contact Tusk Linen Co within 15 days from the date of Purchase. Returns received after this period will no longer be eligible for refund. Refund or credit will be issued 10 days upon receipt of the returned item.

Tusk Linen Co will not accept returns without prior authorisation.

The Buyer is solely responsible for Shipping any returned product to Tusk Linen Co.

The Buyer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance taken out for the entire value of the shipment. The Buyer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment

The Buyer should display their name and address on the return shipment.

The Buyer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in resaleable condition and will include the original packaging material and other accessories provided by the manufacturer and Tusk Linen Co. Clothing should also be unworn and unwashed. If any component is missing the return procedure will be breached and Tusk Linen Co will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the buyer for replacement.

Tusk Linen Co will not refund to the Buyer the original shipping charges.

 

8.0 Warranties

The Seller Warrants that the Product shall be free of substantive defects in material and workmanship. The Seller must be advised of these defects within 14 days of the delivery of the product.

 

9.0 Limitation of Liability

In all circumstances Tusk Linen Co’s maximum liability is limited to the Purchase Price of the products sold. Tusk Linen Co shall not under any circumstances be liable on a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity  or contribution or other claims relating to the product it sells. In no event should Tusk Linen Co be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or physical injury in connection with the use of Products offered by Tusk Linen Co, including but not limited to loss of profit, opportunity or any cost or expense of providing substitute products. Tusk Linen Co shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the Buyer, or for personal injury, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages whether or not Tusk Linen Co is apprised of the possibility of such claims or damages.
